We would therefore only be able to offer an exchange for items already displayed on our website. Please read each item's specification carefully before you purchase for this reason. This is particularly important for items of clothing. Please check your own measurements against those given to alleviate unnecessary returns.
Whilst we hope you will be more than happy with your Gothic Felines handmade purchase, if this isn't the case, let us know within 14 days of receipt, stating why.
The item(s) should be returned in it's original packaging where possible and in the same new and unworn condition with sales tags still attached, within 28 days of receipt
Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 10 days.
In the event of an item being faulty or having been received and damaged in transit, return postage will be refunded.
